Refund Policy
At Mental Wellbeing Services UK Ltd, we value your commitment to our training and eLearning programmes and aim to provide a transparent and fair approach to refunds.
1. Training Courses (Live, In-Person or Online)
- Cancellations made 14 days or more before the course start date will receive a full refund.
- Cancellations made within 14 days of the course start date are non-refundable.
- If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your booking to another available course date (subject to availability).
2. eLearning Courses
- Due to the digital nature of our eLearning programmes, refunds cannot be issued once access has been granted.
- If you encounter technical issues that prevent access, please contact us within 7 days so we can resolve the problem.
3. Exceptional Circumstances
Refunds or course transfers outside of these terms may be offered at our discretion in cases of serious unforeseen circumstances.
