My Approach

I offer a space to talk through and make sense of anything that may be causing difficulties or affecting you in your life. The relationship between counsellor and client is confidential and creates a safe, trusting, supportive space where you are able to talk honestly about experiences and feelings, without concern that you will be judged. Counselling can help you gain insight and understanding into patterns in your thinking, feeling or behaviour. This enables you to make changes and move forward in your life, leading to improvements in your relationship with yourself and others. It may also help you come to terms with what cannot be changed.

You may have a general feeling that something isn’t right & may not know what is causing you difficulties. As a person-centred therapist, we will work together to create a safe contained space for you to gain some clarity.
