Mental Wellbeing Away Days

Mental wellbeing away days can be an important component of employee wellbeing programmes. With COVID-19 it has meant some businesses have had to adapt to a new way of working remotely and online. This is impacting on mental health and wellbeing with employees feeling isolated and trying to manage uncertainty.

We will create a wellbeing workshop that targets the specific needs of your organisation and team. Providing a safe space for team building, exploration, sharing best practice, and restoration.
