Terms and Conditions of Sale

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all training, eLearning, and related services provided by Mental Wellbeing Services UK Ltd. By booking a course, purchasing eLearning, or commissioning services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Payment
  • All prices are in GBP.
  • Payment must be made in full at the time of booking, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Course certificates or eLearning access will not be provided until payment has been received.
2. Bookings and Access
  • Confirmation of booking will be issued in writing (email).
  • eLearning access is provided to individuals only and may not be shared, transferred, or resold.
3. Refunds and Cancellations
  • Our separate Refund Policy forms part of these Terms. Please review it carefully.
4. Transfers and Substitutions
  • Where possible, delegates may transfer to another date or substitute a colleague, subject to written agreement.
5. Intellectual Property
  • All course content, training materials, and eLearning resources remain the property of Mental Wellbeing Services UK Ltd.
  • Materials may not be copied, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
6. Liability
  • Training and eLearning are provided for educational purposes only and are not a substitute for professional advice.
  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of business, profit, goodwill, or data.
  • Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any liability which cannot be excluded under applicable law.
7. Data Protection
  • We will process personal data in line with UK GDPR and our Privacy Policy.
  • Learner details may be used to provide certification and will be retained as required by law or accrediting bodies.
8. Force Majeure
  • We will not be liable for delays or failure to deliver services caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control (including illness, transport disruption, strikes, or extreme weather).
9. Governing Law
  • These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
  • Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
